Summer Reading Program ends August 14

What's happening at the Stayton Public Library
August 2021

July is coming to a close, and just like every Summer Reading Program for us, it's hard to believe it's flown by so fast! The last day to turn in your Summer Reading papers or log through the online platform is Saturday, August 14th! If you are using the app or the website, be sure to check if you've earned any prizes yet. If you have, you can claim those anytime during open hours. Raffles will all take place the week after, so keep your eyes on your email.

Storytime in the Park

Tuesdays, August 3 & 10
10:30 to 11am
Read, write, talk, sing, play - everywhere, every day! In the Community Center Park (behind the Library)

Take and Make Kits

Tuesday, 8/2, 3 pm - 4 pm
Pre-K: Character Puzzles
Kids STEAM-to-go: Catch the Light
For Teens Only: Tie-Dye

Pick up an activities kit with materials to take and make at home. Kits will be available at an early bird drive-thru (or walk-up) event, but any extras can be picked up throughout that week while supplies last.

Yes! We have board games available to check out, so next time you're planning a game night, check out what we have. You can check out up to 3 games at a time.
