New services @ the Library!
AFTER-HOURS HOLD LOCKERS
How does it work?
  • If you have a hold & can’t pick it up during the library’s open hours, call us at least 30 minutes prior to closing. We will assign you a locker & give you a  4-digit PIN. We check out your item and secure it in that locker.
  • You have until noon on the next library business day to pick up your hold.  After that, it will be returned to circulation.
  • This service is available on a first-come, first-served basis.
  • Lockers are located at the library’s back door and are monitored 24/7 by a security camera.
BUTTON MAKER
Patrons may use the library's button maker (creates 2 1/2" buttons) after purchasing button materials at the library  ($1 each or 6/$5).

LAMINATING
Patrons may use the library's laminator for 8 1/2 x 11" pages at $.50 per page.

Mt. Angel Public Library is Now Fine Free!
On Monday, May  2, Mt. Angel's City Council voted to eliminate overdue fines at the library!

What does Fine Free mean?

Effective immediately, there will be no overdue fines charged on most Mt. Angel Public Library items.
How does it work?
Every item checked out will still have a due date. Items will still automatically renew for as long as renewals are available and you will get the same reminders about overdue items you have always received. Remember that other patrons may be waiting for an item, so please do your best to bring items back on time.

There are a few exceptions, so click the button below for all the details.
